\n We did not meet our driver at the arrival point. What happens now?<\/summary>\n

Our Taxi driver<\/strong><\/a> will be waiting<\/strong> for you at the arrival point<\/strong>, holding a sign with your name. We track all flights<\/strong> so that we are there in time<\/strong> in case of flight delays or changes. <\/p>\n

If you do not meet our driver, for any reason (i.e different arrival exit, crowded hall, etc), we will<\/strong> try to contact you on the phone<\/strong> number registered while booking. Please make sure that your mobile phone is activated and that your service provider supports roaming. <\/p>\n

\n Is it Safe to Get a Taxi during COVID-19?<\/summary>\n

Yes, it is safe, as long as all safety precautions are met.<\/p>\n

With a high sense of responsibility and primary concern for the health of all of us, we inform you that CretanTaxi – as always – follows all the necessary hygiene rules with great care. Our vehicles are sterilized after each transfer, the seats and all surfaces are disinfected and our drivers use antiseptics and gloves.<\/p>\n

You can book our services using the booking form<\/a> <\/strong>on this website. The payment is made in cash<\/strong> to our TAXI driver, upon arrival<\/strong> at your final destination<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>\n

\n What is the passenger capacity of your TAXI vehicles?<\/summary>\n

Each TAXI can carry up to 4 passengers (adults and\/or children). If your group consists of more than 4 people, you will need to book our 8 seat Minivan or our 20 seat Minibus. Our Minivan can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and their luggage, while our Minibus can accommodate up to 20 passengers and luggage.<\/p>\n

    YES, we provide FREE child seat for children aged from 1 month to 6 years old, upon request.
    Please make sure you request a child seat in the booking form or contact us via e-mail, at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>\n

    \n Do you charge extra in case of a delayed arrival?<\/summary>\n

    NO, we do NOT charge extra<\/strong> for possible delays due to crowded halls, baggage claim, flight delays, etc. We track all flights<\/strong> so that we are there in time<\/strong> in case of delays or changes. <\/p>\n

    However, please keep us informed<\/strong> in case of any changes & delays, if possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>\n

    \n How much luggage fits in your vehicles?<\/summary>\n

    Our cars are spacious family sedans (Mercedes Benz) E Class, thus they can accommodate quite a few luggage!<\/p>\n

    We will try our best to fit your luggage<\/strong> in one vehicle. In case that is not possible, you will have to book a second vehicle and extra charges apply.<\/p>\n

    Our Taxi can accommodate up to 4 people and their luggage, our 8 seat Minivan can comfortably accommodate 8 people and their luggage, while our 20 seat Minibus can accommodate up to 20 passengers and luggage.<\/p>\n

    \n My destination does not appear on your website. Can you take me there?<\/summary>\n

    We serve almost all major destinations in Crete!<\/p>\n

    If your destination (area, hotel, villa, etc) does not appear on our website, please contact us with your request and we will inform you on availability & cost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>\n

    \n Is smoking allowed in the TAXI?<\/summary>\n

    All our TAXI drivers are NON smokers for hygiene & safety reasons. <\/p>\n
